Dragon Arts’ Program for the Modern Adult Will Give You More Than Fitness or Self Defense


A Balanced Approach

Dragon Arts goal is to expose students to a template leading to a balanced way of life. This is accomplished through the four pillars of; practical martial arts to build confidence and security, learning/understanding the benefits of the various training methods, natural health/fitness for pain free living, and meditation to cancel out stress.
Although that may seem like a lot to learn, our program is designed to work for the busy modern day person/family by only requiring attendance of two classes per week to be effective. There are several reasons Dragon Arts Programs work so well:

  • We focus on only the most effective techniques allowing for faster results
  • We encourage you to enjoy what you are doing so it is easy for you to want to continue until goals are reached
